4. Payment Terms

4.3. Additional Costs:
- Any additional costs incurred due to changes in project scope, third-party fees, or client requests will be billed to the client after prior approval.
4.4. Late Payments:
- Late payments will result in suspension of services, and interest will accrue on overdue amounts at the maximum rate allowed by law.
4.5. Chargeback Waiver:
- You expressly waive your right to initiate chargebacks with your payment provider.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1. Accurate Information:
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for service execution.
5.2. Timely Cooperation:
- You must provide approvals, feedback, and required materials promptly to avoid delays.

- You warrant that your business complies with applicable laws and regulations.

10. Termination of Services

- We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if you breach these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in unethical practices.

- You may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice, provided all fees for services rendered up to the termination date are paid.
10.3. No Refunds upon Termination:
- Payments made prior to termination are non-refundable.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. Arbitration Clause:
- Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
11.2. Jurisdiction Clause:
- All legal proceedings must be filed exclusively in courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
